According to a U.S. Congress human rights impact assessment report on Zimbabwean sanctions which we pressured them to do, their executive order sanctions on Zimbabwe were depriving innocent civilians of healthcare and basic human rights. This report acknowledges that U.S. sanctions on Zim were persecuting civilians, hence Biden removed them out of fear of the International Court of Justice.

The great advantage of the International Court of Justice which is also known as the world court, is it has jurisdiction on all members of the UN, with the UN Charter, it’s treaties and human rights laws as the basis of its jurisprudence.

In relation to reparations, the ICJ has an entire handbook dedicated to the responsibility of States to remedy gross human rights violations which proves that Zimbabweans are entitled to reparations for gross human rights violations by illegal U.S. sanctions.

These reparations will be used to fix infrastructure, industry, compensate white farmers and to build up our gold and forex reserves. We have various international lawyers ready to represent Zim.
